Research Interest:
Functional Cancer Genomics

Research Summary:
Microarray is a powerful high throughput technology that can monitor thousands of gene mRNAs/miRNAs by transcriptional profiling in a single experiment. The Microarray Shared Resource (MASR), sponsored by Comprehensive Cancer Center, is providing the platforms of both Affymetrix GeneChip and in-house custom microarray to meet your flexible needs for cancer research and offers genome-wide analysis on DNA and RNA levels include mRNA transcriptional profiling, microRNA/non-coding small RNA transcriptional profiling, DNA single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping and functional genomic DNA copy number. The goal of the MASR is to facilitate cancer research by providing a high quality, fast, cost effective and reliable support for the cancer research communities at the Ohio State University and Nationwide.
