High caliber individuals with a strong record are invited to apply for postdoctoral positions to study various molecular and genetic aspects of cancer.  The Program is highly interactive and multidisciplinary, and fields of research range from the identification of novel oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes, to the control of proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis, transcription regulation, signal transduction pathways, immunology, mouse tumor models, bioinformatics, and computational biology of cancer models.  For a more detailed description of the research interests of participating faculty members please see their web page links below.

Deborah Parris, PhD - HSV: mechanisms of RNAi silencing suppression and DNA replication.

Jeffrey Parvin, MD, PhD – Biochemistry and molecular biology of breast cancer

Kamal Pohar, MD – Genetics and animal modeling of bladder cancer.

Matt Ringel, MD – Signaling in thyroid cancer invasion and metastasis.

Amanda Toland, PhD - Genetics of cancer susceptibility.
